eSIM Products & Compatibility

HesaTravel eSIMs are digital products intended for compatible eSIM-enabled devices and supported destinations or networks.

• Confirm that the destination is supported by the selected plan.
• Device, carrier, regional, and network restrictions may apply.
• Data allowance, validity, and supported networks depend on the selected plan.

Orders & Digital Delivery

After successful payment and order processing, the eSIM details, including the applicable QR activation information and installation instructions, are delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address and for keeping their eSIM information secure.

Installation & Activation

Installation and activation should follow the instructions supplied with the purchased plan. Some eSIMs may need to be installed before travel and activated according to the plan conditions.

Customers should verify device settings, supported networks, and applicable roaming or mobile-data settings before activation.

Data Plans & Validity

Each eSIM plan has its own data allowance, validity period, destination coverage, and applicable usage conditions.

• Unused data may expire when the stated validity period ends.
• Plan validity may begin according to the product's stated activation conditions.
• Data allowances cannot be transferred between plans unless expressly stated.
• Network performance may vary by location, network conditions, device, and supported network availability.

Payments & Order Processing

Orders are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment authorization and processing may be subject to the policies and security procedures of the relevant payment provider.

An order may require successful payment verification before digital delivery is completed.

Refunds, Cancellations & Support

Because eSIMs are digital products, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on whether the eSIM has been delivered, installed, or activated and on the applicable refund policy.

Where an eSIM has not functioned as expected, customers should provide relevant order and technical information so the issue can be reviewed.

Acceptable Use & Service Conditions

HesaTravel eSIMs must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and network conditions in the destination where the service is used.

HesaTravel does not control third-party mobile networks and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, network availability, or coverage beyond the conditions stated for the selected product.
